For those who haven't seen it, Fire Joe Morgan has a takedown of a particularly ignorant Toronto baseball columnist, so-called, for the theory he put forth last season that, wait for it, Moneyball thinking caused the spread of steroids in baseball.
There's no use in denouncing someone who is so naive that he apparently believes (a) history moves in such straight lines and (b) that anyone other than FJM, which has made this its schtick, is going waste her or his beautiful mind forming a rebuttal to something so cockamamie.
