Taking up the cause of Bol Kong

Bol Kong's situation was the subject of a sympathetic newspaper editorial in the States today:

We can't help but look ahead and wonder how many other losses we're racking up under the post-9/11 immigration rules.

There is an online petition. Signing it would not necessarily change anything, but a little empathy isn't such a bad thing.

(Incidentally, while we're here, if you happen to encounter a man of great wisdom named Neil Acharya, wish him a happy birthday. It's one of those round-number milestone birthdays.)
