This news out of Winnipeg, recently signed Blue Bombers punter Duncan O'Mahony sat out a Monday practice session.
Because he stubbed his toe overnight while trying to find the bathroom in his dark accommodations.
Bombers coach Doug Berry simply couldn't stop laughing about it, according to Chris Cariou of the Winnipeg Free Press.
Neither can the rest of us. Kickers already have a bad rap on some teams for being, well, kickers. When you consider how the punter refused to report to Winnipeg a few short years ago, you start to wonder if there's something about this city that just rubs him the wrong way.
In this case, it was a wall. For his sake, let's hope his season doesn't start off on the wrong foot.

Speaking of kickers...a fellow sports colleague in this grand city of Edmonton I'm in, spoke about the very topic in Sunday's Journal...And carved up a certain coach like a cheap steak knife cutting turkey at Christmas...
It's a great read...
