Rumours are flying this morning that MLSE is in talks to buy Leeds United, a club who's recent history makes the Leafs look like a model franchise.
You can't make this stuff up.

OMG...just when you thought MLSE had a brain in its head...they go and do something that makes the people at the Ont. Teachers Pension Plan shake their heads...
Such a typical, cynical move by MLSE - they're doing this simply because now that Toronto FC is turning into a legitimate contender in the MLS, they're going to probably turn this into a cross-promotional bonanza if they actually buy Leeds United.
Ugh. I hate MLSE.
