BEDARD'S NOT TOO HIP

The daily baseball post ...
  • The Seattle Times is most up-to-date on Erik Bedard's status; as you know, the left-hander has a wonky hip; apparently he was able to throw today and was relatively pain-free.

Bédard is on the DL now. I think the loss of Putz has hampered the Ms even more than Bédard's health problems.
