TODAY, IN DICK CHENEY'S AMERICA

The police in Fargo, N.D., used Super Bowl Sunday to round up people on outstanding warrants.

Marge Gunderson would be proud. The police had plans to serve about 300 warrants, but only arrested about 40 scofflaws. That's not a very high percentage, but their sweep was more effective than any running play the Patriots tried.
