SLOWLY, BUT SURELY

The Kingston Frontenacs actually won on the road yesterday, which is welcome news. They seem to be good for a road win about once every three weeks.

Fun fact: Nate Moon, yours truly's favourite Frontenac (same first name, same birthday) has only two multi-point games since Dec. 1. Both came in road wins.

The previous day, during a shutout loss in Guelph, the Rogers Community Television commentators were apparently talking about the Sell The Fronts, Springers/Fire Larry Mavety blog. Remember, this is on a community TV broadcast, where the on-air talent is usually instructed to keep the comments positive.

It's just getting hard for people across Ontario to ignore the not-so-divine comedy that is the Kingston Frontenacs, although they can be enjoyed as camp, as kitsch, as cautionary example.

(Anyone notice Drew Doughty setting up the game-winner for Team Canada at the World Juniors today? You know the Frontenacs passed on drafting him, right?)
