Frank has a lot of time on his hands these days, so trolling the net looking for references to his name isn't that surprising. This time, though, he doesn't have a dime to pay any legal bills, so all he can do is try to sound all cryptic and menacing. You will note he has been given an open opportunity by the moderator to set the record straight on his latest, err, adventures, but has declined. Quel surprise...
