LEAFS' BELL TO SIT FOR 15

The NHL has handed down a 15-game suspension to the Leafs' Mark Bell in the wake of his hit-and-run conviction.

Mirtle has more, of course. This is definitely reactionary on the NHL's part -- in a way, Bell has Michael Vick to thank -- even though a suspension is probably right.
