Ducks 3, Canucks 2 (Anaheim leads 2-1): A concern for Anaheim is that Chris Pronger seems a touch off lately, yet he still ended up assisting on the last two Ducks goals, including Corey Perry's game-winner with 12 minutes left.
Vancouver centre Brendan Morrison was on the ice for 19:45 and didn't record a shot on goal.
Rangers 2 Sabres 1, double OT (Buffalo leads 2-1): Buffalo's Derek Roy nearly put a vise grip on this series when he rang a shot off the post in the final minute of the first OT, but Buffalo was due for an evenout after having an opponent's goal waved off for the fourth time in these playoffs.

The funniest part about Morrison (funny as in painful, bitter, irony for Canucks fans) is that he talks a good game in the room, yammering all the time honoured cliches about competing hard, scoring the dirty goals, etc. Then he goes out and plays about the softest perimeter game of any forward in the league. Have any two players ever fell from lofty heights as quickly as Morrison and Naslund have these last two years? The way these guys have disappeared as elite players is Kevin Stevens-esque.
Let's hope it's not for the same reasons as Stevens.
Stevens was just the first example that came to mind, but obviously his situation was unique, thankfully. There seems to be a number of NHL players, though, whose offensive production takes a serious nosedive very shortly after their 30th birthdays. It's odd, because both defensemen and goaltenders can remain dominant into their early and even mid 30s, but for some reason offensive production is the first thing to go. Just look at all the top scorers in the league this year -- with a couple of notable exceptions like Sakic, youth was served.
