Just a quick update on where I'm at with the 50-book challenge.
Finished No. 46, Leonard Cohen's The Favourite Game, on the train from Ottawa to Kingston yesterday. There's about four partials, and the good lord willin', I'll have them all completed by New Year's Eve.
That includes Michael Lewis' latest, The Blind Side, which my parents gave me as a Christmas gift. I was able to read about half of it on the trip home today... pushing me closer to an annual Yuletide rite of always reading my newly acquired Christmas material on Dec. 25.
