If the CSA is smart (not always a good bet) you are looking at the next coach of the Canadian women's soccer team, pictured left.

Her name is Carolina Morace. She is Italian. The former coach of the Italian senior women's team and the first female to ever coach professional men.

Her competition is likely Canadian. The usual suspects, easily figured out by browsing the youth team pages at the CSA's website.
