The morning show boys, in particular Don Landry, laid off thelame jokes and remembered that they are journalists. Landry was particularly aggressive in challenging Bettman on the Southern Ontario front, where The Count insisted that the league had not studied the possibility of expansion to Hamilton/Kitchener/somewhere 76 miles from the ACC.
