For Ottawa readers, the local paper in Burlington, Vt., ran a feature today on St. Peter grad Courtnay Pilypaitis and the season she's put together playing point guard for the Vermont Catamounts.
She led America East in scoring, was runner-up in assists and was fourth in rebounds for Vermont, which is the No. 2 seed headed into their quarter-final tomorrow at the America East conference championship. No word of a lie, the second this post went up came word that Pilypaitis has been named America East women's basketball player of the year.
