IT'S ALL JUST A POPULARITY CONTEST

Hey, it's in the newspaper, it must be true:

• 23 -- comments on the Ottawa Sun's "hugely popular" Off The Posts hockey blog since Jan. 28
• 69 -- comments at Out of Left Field & The CIS Blog in the same timeframe

Three times as many. To keep in perspective, neither of the latter two sites gets advertised every day in a newspaper. Clearly, I have an unfair advantage.
