The actor Peter Boyle, best remembered of course for his role as the lovable curmudgeon Frank Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond, died last night at age of 71 after a lengthy battle with cancer.His wire-service obit neglected to mention his role alongside Bill Murray in 1980's Where The Buffalo Roam.
It's a cult movie, but for those who have been hardcore Hunter S. Thompson devotees, Murray/Boyle compare pretty favourably to the Johnny Depp/Benicio del Toro tandem in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
