We've spent a lot of time on YouTube searching out Wendel clips since then. Wendel's appeal was visceral, but I didn't realize how much until I saw my son's reaction last week. I've always worn my love of the Leafs on my sleeve, but I've always tried to not ram it down my kids throats. One loves them, the other hates them. Nor have I tried to school them on the virtues of the holy trinity of Keon-Sittler-Clark. I wanted them to have their own heroes. But in one week, the Leaf lover has become a Wendel fanatic. You can't argue with a gut reaction. <BR/><BR/>As for the naysayers, p!ss off. We don't expect you to get it. It's a Leaf thing.
