It's one thing to back your product but when it gets to perverse levels it's talking down to the hundred's (not thousands) of season ticket holders and walk-ups. It's not my preferr<BR/><BR/>From personal experience in dealing with upset readers, it is best to go to the highers-up. <BR/><BR/>Frame it in dollars-and-cents ... people are upset about the coverage, don't see it as credible and are considering not supporting the product. <BR/><BR/>Phone the publisher -- which in <I>The Whig</I>'s case, is Ron Laurin.
